En un sector industrial fue posible establecer las bases de sus Social Media, ahondar en las herramientas online más afines a sus públicos y realizar un diseño web con imagen de marca clara.

Además, ya que consideramos que la gestión de la comunidad no sólo es labor del community manager, impartimos una acción formativa en redes sociales para todo el personal del departamento comercial y atención al cliente.

En este proyecto nos encontramos con un director general y una directora de marketing entusiastas, implicados, exigentes y conocedores del marketing online a un alto nivel.

Maxon motor ibérica S.A.U. has more than 25 years of experience in the Spanish market as a subsidiary of the maxon group based in Switzerland. They offer movement solutions as the only supplier, developing and manufacturing different types of micromotors for industrial application.

It was possible to establish the foundations of its Social Media in the Industry Sector, delve into the online tools most related to its audiences and create a web design with a clear brand image.

In addition, since we consider that community management is not only the work of the community manager, we provide a training action on social networks for all the commercial department and customer service staff.

Throughout this project we find an enthusiastic, involved, demanding and knowledgeable general manager and a director of online marketing at the highest level.
