In 2003, DHA was born as an initiative of Silvia Álvarez, and with a vision, to bet on the support, professionalism and transparency of the third sector. With the accounting terms DEBE and HABER, they vindicate the need for these entities to exist in society.

Intrépida has conducted a customized mentoring for Debe Haber Asociaciones in order to investigate the surrounding ecosystem (market research). We have also conducted an audit of customer satisfaction at a quantitative and qualitative level to determine the right lines of communication.

In addition, the policies on communication channels and the outline of the media plan have been established.
